I began my journey with yoga through the need for healing after suffering the loss of a loved one. In my practice I found the emotional healing that I craved, but I also found a deep sense of self acceptance and self love that I didn’t even know I’d been missing. The deeper I explored myself and this practice the more strongly I felt that the gift of yoga should be shared with others. In my class, I hope to foster a safe space for students to explore and connect with themselves, free of judgement. I have a strong belief that true empowerment comes when we decide to make self-care a priority. I look forward to flowing(& growing) with you!
