Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Fusion, Yin, and Slow Flow: Wall

Slow flow

  • 82 - 84 degrees

  • Recommended for all experience levels

Slow Flow is a gently heated and completely guided practice. The inclusion of grounded postures and slower movements allow students to build confidence and familiarity. Longer holds in standing and balancing postures offer the opportunity to refine the fundamentals and explore deeper sensations over time. Recommended for those looking to experience a completely guided yet challenging practice.

Vinyasa

  • 87 - 90 degrees

  • Recommended for those with some yoga experience

Vinyasa is a hot dynamic practice integrating movement with breath, music, and heat. This class will connect the rhythm of breath to yoga postures to create mindful and challenging flows. Students will be guided through the first few rounds of each flow before taking it on their own, without the guidance of the teacher. Recommended for those looking to experience our hottest and most physically rigorous class.

Fusion

  • 85 - 87 degrees

  • Recommended for those with some yoga experience

Fusion combines the rhythm of Vinyasa with the long held postures of Slow Flow. This class is the best of both worlds, warm up with vinyasa style sun salutations followed by a completely guided practice. Recommended for those looking to experience the flow of vinyasa with plenty of time to slow down and explore longer holds.

Yin

  • 75 - 80 degrees, comfortably warm

  • Recommended for all experience levels

Yin yoga is a practice which incorporates specific postures to target both connective tissue and fascia within the body. All postures are grounded, with each posture being held for a minimum of three minutes. These longer holds offer time for students to enter a meditative space and facilitate slow and safe release of connective tissues. Recommended for those looking to experience a completely guided and restorative practice.

Slow Flow: Wall

  • 82 - 84 degrees

  • Recommended for all experience levels

Slow Flow: Wall is a unique practice which incorporates the guidance of a Slow Flow class with the use of the wall. Students are encouraged to use the wall to explore modifications and intensifications throughout the practice. Accessible for all levels, this class allows students to approach the alignment of their own body in a different way. Recommended for students looking to experience a uniquely guided practice with the use of the wall as a prop.
