Kim Siegel


My first experiences with yoga started in 2006 and remained on-and-off until my last year of college in 2012.  Filled with anxiety from the stress of difficult courses and preparing for the transition from academia to the real world, I turned to yoga to aid in calming my nerves.  The effects of yoga were immediate: decreased anxiety, increase in sleep and a more clear mind.  I wanted to share the amazing power yoga can provide and decided to complete my RYT-200 hour teacher training.  I have been teaching yoga ever since graduating in 2015 to students of all ages and experience levels in the Metro Detroit area.  My goals as a yoga instructor is to provide a fun-filled yet challenging class that anyone can participate in and make sure you leave feeling lighter and calmer than when you first entered the class.
