I was first introduced to yoga about 10 years ago, but at the time, I was not in a place to really understand or appreciate the practice. About two years ago, I decided to give it another shot, and Iā€™m happy to say I found a whole new appreciation for yoga. I have truly come to realize what yoga is for me. For me, yoga is about healing. It is about honoring my body and what it can do. It is about being kind to myself, moving my body in a way that is gentle and yet strong. I like that yoga can be whatever you need it to be on any given day, whether that is the power of a Vinyasa, the calmness of Yin, or anything in between. My goal in teaching is to create a space for you to connect and discover what yoga means to you, and to help you get what you need from the practice.
