I started my yoga practice at the Yoga Shelter in 2008. During that time, I loved the physical practice and how I felt after a class. I wasn’t looking at the whole picture of what yoga offers us. Now, being a mom to 2 young boys, I rarely have time to be still. Today, this practice is my outlet. It provides me the opportunity to slow down, to get out of my head. Yoga is my happy place where I continue to learn and grow every day. I completed the 200 HR YTT in August 2018 and am honored to be able to share my love with others!
